**Job Title:** Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and logistical support to our team in various operational areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance in financial and logistical tasks.
  • Coordinating projects, meetings, events, and office operations.
  • Supporting internal and external communication efforts, including public relations materials.
  • Managing databases and maintaining proper records and filing systems.
  • Contributing to procurement and budgetary processes as needed.
  • Assisting in information management and reporting activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in project assistance or administrative support, preferably in an international organization.
  • Flexibility to work across various functional areas (admin, finance, communication, logistics, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
  • Knowledge of EU procedures and working languages (English required, other EU languages are an asset).
