About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solutions Architect to join our team at Sd Worx Belgium. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems and solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable software systems and solutions
  • Work closely with other members of the IT-business team to ensure that all systems are designed and implemented in a way that meets business requirements
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Manage and monitor your own workload, define the scope upfront clearly, and make clear agreements with internal customers about what can be expected exactly by when
Requirements
  • Experience in software engineering and design architecture
  • Broad knowledge of IT technologies and integrating best-of-breed applications
  • Certified Salesforce Data Architecture or Salesforce B2B Solution Architect or equivalent
  • Experience in at least one Salesforce implementation (preferably for multiple business units SF modules)
  • Knowledge of data modeling and/or integration in Salesforce
  • Analytical thinking and ability to analyze complex problems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to inspire developers, engineers, and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and business requirements
