About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Architect to join our team at Dow Jones & Company, Inc. as part of our Experience Group. This team brings together Product, UX, Technology, Program Management, and Customer Research to create connected, innovative, and sustainable experiences/products that are data-informed and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and UX Architecture teams to design and develop the New Factiva experience, focusing on usability, information design, and information architecture.
- Develop journey maps, detailed wireframes with functional specifications, and designs for usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Contribute to identifying common patterns and creating interaction patterns for reusable libraries within the design system.
- Work with the accessibility lead to ensure that accessibility standards are implemented and documented on all components/workflows within the product.
- Partner with UX Design, Research, Product, and Technology teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet user needs.
Requirements
- Experience in usability, information design, and information architecture to create viable and holistic experiences.
- Knowledge of complex data-rich workflows, platforms, and design systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and design systems.
