Credit Controller

This role involves updating clients' credit data and sending credit conditions. The position requires generating and sending credit contracts, monitoring tickets, addressing discrepancies, maintaining accurate customer setup, and building relationships with other departments while enforcing controls.

1. Generate and send credit contracts to customers.
2. Monitor and track tickets for efficient resolution.
3. Address contractual discrepancies, disputes, and other issues promptly.
4. Maintain accurate customer setup on their booking platform.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments while enforcing company controls.

To excel as a Credit Controller, you should possess:

1. A willingness to learn, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mentality.
2. Excellent communication and high energy levels.
3. A strong understanding of credit contracts.
4. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in English for business communication.
6. Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Salary Estimate: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum.
