- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and data management teams, to ensure data governance and quality.
- Develop and Maintain Data Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain data policies and procedures, including data standards, data architecture, and data security.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or a related field.
- Full lifecycle data quality experience.
- Experience in migration of data management platforms.
- Ability to summarize large amounts of data and derive insight from it.
- Experience in data remediation, data cloud, and data lake management.
- Familiarity with technical lineage, data dictionary, and data workflows.
- Appreciation of key data elements (KDEs) identification and link to data quality.
- Appreciation of data architecture.
- Comfortable with definition, implementation, and data operation aspects.
- Understanding of SLA metrics definition, monitoring, and taking decisions based on these metrics.
- Advanced knowledge and experience using statistical packages for analyzing-visualization data sets.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as finance, management information systems, or statistics, is preferred. Formal certification in data management tools, such as data quality or data governance, is also preferred.
