Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced System Manager to join our IT team. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our infrastructure and communication strategies to support business objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of our systems and networks, aligning technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Identify the organization's needs and develop strategies to meet those needs in collaboration with other IT members.
  • Systems Management: Ensure the efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, storage, and cloud platforms. This includes monitoring performance, managing capacity, and optimizing system resources.
  • Security: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization, in collaboration with the Cybersecurity department.
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or other disruptions, regularly testing and updating these plans as needed.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all IT infrastructure and systems comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure that infrastructure, systems, and communication services meet the organization's needs, including negotiating contracts and managing service levels.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to build a high-performing and cohesive team.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while aligning with the organization's financial goals.
