**Job Description**
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor at Zigup, you'll play a crucial role in assessing damaged vehicles and preparing accurate estimates for repair. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting damaged vehicles to assess the full extent of the damage, costs of repair, and timeframes
- Identifying the correct prescribed repair method and preparing, recording, and maintaining records of electronic and manual estimates
- Liaising effectively with insurance companies to obtain their authority to repair the vehicle at the estimated costs
- Explaining and ensuring customers, engineers, and technicians understand the repair methodology
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Qualification to ATA / IMI or equivalent
- A solid bodyshop background
- A full UK driving licence
