Product Lifecycle Manager Job Description

This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape and influence a diverse portfolio of over 10,000 products, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals in the Microbiology Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full ownership and accountability of the annual SKU health project, including product discontinuation, price adjustment, and optimization.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Regional Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs, Technical/Customer Support, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive portfolio health.
  • International travel (10% per annum) to sites in Basingstoke (UK), Wesel (Germany), and Lenexa (USA).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or similar field.
  • Experience within Microbiology, preferably as a scientist, salesperson, or marketer.
  • Experience in Product Management of life science or technical products and services, including conducting product lifecycle analysis and rationalization projects.
