Key Responsibilities- Source, screen, and interview Polish-speaking candidates for international job opportunities
- Review job applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' language skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to determine the best fit for each candidate and open position
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and employers
- Provide feedback and recommendations to candidates following the interview process
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and employers
- Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the consumer services industry
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and software
