Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Monitoring: Continuously monitor client requests and tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Incident Resolution: Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical incidents and problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
- Second-Level Support: Provide second-level support to clients, identifying root causes of incidents and problems, and escalating as necessary.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and resolution.
- Change Management: Collaborate with automation teams to optimize effort and automate routine tasks, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Problem Prevention: Identify potential problems and errors before they impact clients, ensuring proactive measures are taken to prevent service disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other resolver groups, including Service Providers and Technical Assistance Centers (TAC), to ensure comprehensive support and resolution.
Requirements:
