DHL Germany seeks a skilled FBA Specialist to join their team. As an FBA&P Assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating freight billing data and ensuring timely documentation processing. This position involves direct contact with suppliers and requires delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of the FBA&P department.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensuring all costs are received and processed in a timely manner on behalf of the customer.
- Processing invoices in the week they are received so that the charges can be billed out to the customer and that the contract remains cash neutral.
- Supporting the FBA&P Assistant Finance Manager in building analysis and reports, including customer recharge.
- Proactively resolving queries on site with other departments in a timely manner (clearing invoice rejections, reconciling statements on a monthly basis).
- Ownership of rejection log and dashboard to display the position of the department.
- Reconciliation of carrier statements.
- Providing analysis and data to the FBA&P Assistant Finance Manager.
- Cooking other departments for process resolution.
Mandatory skills and qualifications include:
- Fluent English.
- Operations background preferable.
- Strong operational skillset.
- Finance background would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of rates, currencies, and modes of transport: Multi-country operation.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Intermediate / Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivots.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working with multi-currency.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €50,000-€60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
