Job Summary:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead the sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA. As the EMEA Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs. You will lead a team of EMEA business developers and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's CA portfolio in EMEA, driving retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  3. Build Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management, fostering strong partnerships to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  5. Forecast and Pipeline Management: Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  6. Sales Campaigns: Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers, driving sales growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry, with a strong track record in sales leadership.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization, with strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English; fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  6. Strategic Sales Initiatives: Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue.
