Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled German Language Content Specialist to join our Prime Video team. As a Content Quality Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our German-language content, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply your knowledge of German language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, adhering to our strict quality standards.
About the Team
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
