We are seeking an experienced and skilled Outbound Supervisor to join our team at Pet Circle. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our outbound functions.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the picking, packing, dispatch, and staging teams to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards and that our customers receive their orders on time.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all staff are inducted and compliant with all relevant WHS policies and procedures, and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and clean environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with operational goals and objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.
