The ideal candidate will have a native level of Italian and fluent English, with previous sales experience and a strong understanding of CRM systems.

The role involves making outbound customer calls to promote and sell services, creating and maintaining customer databases, and consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
  • Create, maintain and update customer databases
  • Consolidate existing customer bases while building new ones
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
  • Ensure customer follow-up at all times
  • Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
  • Handle customer needs and requirements
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve

Requirements:

  • Native level of Italian with fluent English
  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
