About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Psychologist to join our team as an Assistant Professor of Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the bachelor curriculum in Psychology in English and Spanish, designing and developing teaching materials, advising, directing, and mentoring bachelor students, and collaborating with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in Psychology
• Design and develop innovative teaching materials and resources
• Provide academic guidance and support to students
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental and institutional goals
• Contribute to the development of the Psychology program

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Psychology valid in Spain according to current legislation
• Hold a Research Higher Degree (PhD)
• Experience of supervising and teaching students in an educational environment (1-3 years)
• Experience working or interacting with students and staff from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish - reading, writing, and speaking - level C1 or native
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team working skills
• Identification with the mission and vision of Universidad Católica San Antonio De Murcia

Preferred Qualifications

• Accreditation of ANECA

Working Conditions

• Job Location: Murcia, Spain (100% on Campus)
• Working hours: full-time or part-time
• Annual gross salary: 23,000.00 € - 25,000.00€
