Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel Madrid. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with expediting situations related to guest service and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in and anticipate sold-out situations.
- Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and review shift logs/daily memo books.
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift and balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.
- English and Spanish are required, with other languages highly valued.
