Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal technical solutions.
- Lead the development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and strategic technology decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Java development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Expertise in building and managing microservices with Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and other data exchange protocols.
- Hands-on experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.) and version control (Git).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, architect, and implement complex solutions.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication with global teams.
