The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Product Manager- Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI product strategy and execution in Vehicle Claims. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI technologies, market trends, and customer needs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that align with our business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy for AI products in Vehicle claims, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market research, and business impact.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this information to inform product development and positioning.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Translate these insights into product requirements and enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI products. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and industry best practices. Foster a culture of innovation within the product team.
  • Ensure that AI products adhere to ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI or related technologies.
