Seasonal Culinary Educator, Pastry

About the Role:

This Seasonal Culinary Educator, Pastry will inspire and delight customers, creating an exceptional cooking class experience at every class using provided recipes and game plans. Staying informed through product knowledge, the successful candidate will maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the experience. This role serves as a part of a high-performing team to achieve store sales plans and strives to achieve individual and/or class sales goals.

Responsibilities:
• Model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met.
• Deliver exceptional cooking class experiences at every class using recipes and game plans provided.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the experience.
• Work as a part of a high-performing team to achieve store sales plans and strive to achieve individual and/or class sales goals.

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Culinary degree in Pastry or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated successful teaching and training experience.
• Valid Food Handlers and/or Food Managers Certification.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams.
