Hogarth, a leading global content experience company, is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our Madrid office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and creative agencies, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scopes, estimates, and project plans.
- Oversee the production process, from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality output.
- Manage project budgets, tracking costs and reconciling estimates to actuals.
- Develop and maintain scopes, timelines, and budgets for projects.
- Coordinate with Hogarth's global production network to ensure successful global campaign launches.
- Manage status documents, agendas, contact reports, trackers, and day-to-day communication with teams and clients.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of production experience in an integrated agency or production house.
