About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our dynamic team at IE University Business School. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of education and contributing to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day management of the program, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality student experience.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to drive innovation and implement new initiatives in the curriculum.
  • Oversee transversal projects, including concentrations, dual degrees, electives, and short exchanges, to enhance student engagement and academic excellence.
  • Maintain close relationships with faculty to ensure the delivery of best practices and student-centric programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their concerns and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Lead regular meetings with class representatives to gather feedback and communicate important matters to the class.
  • Monitor student performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various IE University departments to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Supervise and coordinate Program Assistants and Program Coordinators to ensure efficient program delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy.
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills to address concerns and feedback in a constructive manner.
  • Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
