About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Six. As a key member of our Business Unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and Report on Audit Items: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address audit items in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Maintain Audit Tool and Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit data in our company's audit tool, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  3. Provide Status Reports: Prepare and deliver regular status reports to the Business Unit and senior management on a monthly and yearly basis.
  4. Support External Audit Activities: Collaborate with internal teams and support audited SIX entities for external audit activities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  5. Coordinate Data Collections: Assist in the coordination of data collections and updates from the Business Unit for yearly reports on regulatory topics.
Requirements
  1. Proven Expertise in Audit and Risk: Possess a strong background in audit and risk management, with a proven track record of identifying and addressing complex issues.
  2. Excellent Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate a precise and communicative approach to work, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve problems systematically.
  3. Technical Skills and Proficiency: Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Word, and excellent written and spoken English and Spanish language skills.
