**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Internal Audit to join our team. As a Manager Internal Audit, you will provide independent assurance and consulting services to improve the quality and effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and internal controls.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide independent assurance and consulting services to improve the quality and effectiveness of our governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Document and present audit reports to senior management and/or other audiences.
- Apply knowledge of internal and external business conditions to identify incidents or events that could impact our strategy, objectives, or risk profile.
- Analyze the underlying reasons of issues identified in an audit and determine cause-and-effect relationships of issues.
- Apply knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and make recommendations for audit strategies based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of business risk.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 5+ years' audit experience. Big four experience preferred and/or internal audit.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes with their typical functions, common accounting entries, relationship with financial statements, and critical risks.
- Participation in SOX assessments, in fraud/anticorruption investigations, and business risk services projects are highly desirable.
- Advanced level in Spanish and English (C1).
- Proficient knowledge of MS-Office suite (Excel).
- Experience with SAP is valuable.
