About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirects & Capex Sourcing Controller to join our team at Nordex SE. As a key member of our Controlling / Finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and supporting the Indirects and CAPEX Sourcing department in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the performance of Indirects and CAPEX Sourcing, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the Sourcing function, specifically with the VP of PM/EPC and Indirect Spend, to drive business results.
  3. Participate in annual budget planning and forecast analysis, including risk and opportunity identification and tracking.
  4. Manage Cost Center controlling for Indirects and CAPEX, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Support deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department, as needed.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP modules CO/MM/BI, and SQL.
  3. Power BI skills are a plus.
  4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex data and develop structured solutions.
  5. High reliability in deliverables, with a focus on quality and timeliness.
  6. Pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with assertiveness and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  7. Careful attention to detail, even under time pressure.
  8. Proficient spoken and written English skills.
