As a Key Account Manager for our new Business Coaching segment, you will work closely with leading large companies and 'hidden champions', primarily in Spain. You will develop stable, long-term customer relationships and drive successful business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your customer portfolio, being results-driven and independent.
- Analyze customer needs and craft tailored solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
- Advise customers on using our business coaching solution.
- Accompany service rollouts to ensure long-term satisfaction and recurring revenue.
- Collaborate with international marketing teams on sales initiatives, creating new opportunities.
Your Profile:
- 4+ years B2B sales experience in SaaS/Software or digital environments, preferably in business coaching.
- Proven track-record of Business Coaching: certified coaches who have used their experience in a corporate setting are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in the Iberian region, selling to large enterprise companies in Spain.
- Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities (no cold calling).
- High self-motivation and sales-driven focus.
- Competent communication skills to engage managers and C-level executives in large, multinational companies.
- A high affinity for e-learning and business coaching topics.
- Fluent Spanish (native speaker or similar) and fluent English.
Compensation Package:
We offer an estimated salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including flexible working hours, hybrid office models, an international team, culture of learning, award-winning language training, and wellbeing initiatives.
