The TRC team is responsible for supporting all transportation business units operate in line with company policies and country-specific regulations. Our primary mission is to perform independent and objective risk-based assessments of business partners' and business units' activities and related controls with the goal of improving operations compliance, through effective risk management.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical and high-impact escalations, conducting complex deep dive investigations, and ensuring high-quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Key Responsibilities- Investigation and Risk Mitigation
- Autonomously conduct complex deep dive investigations on sensitive and high-severity escalations across the transportation businesses that could pose a risk to the company, our customers, or others.
- Ensure high-quality root cause analysis to allow adequate recommendations on corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Work with cross-functional teams for collaboration on investigations.
- Communicate identified issues clearly, concisely, and consistently (verbal and written) to all stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality escalation reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations.
- Use a combination of tools and data sources to conduct investigations.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
