About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and multi-talented iOS developer to join our Amazon Key team. As a key member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge technologies for our IoT and cloud computing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop iOS mobile applications for Amazon Key's access-control devices
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to solve customer problems and propose engineering solutions
  • Work with engineering team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technologies, and evaluate technical feasibility
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software
  • Engage with the iOS development community across Amazon to share learnings and grow
Requirements
  • Experience in professional software development, with a focus on iOS development
  • Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, with a focus on reliability and scaling
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
