Apollo, a fast-growing tech company, is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Director to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative product strategies and cutting-edge technology.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned product leader with 10+ years of experience in full-time product management, preferably in a senior leadership role. You will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth. Your expertise will be crucial in building and leading high-performing product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the overall product strategy, aligning it with the company's mission and business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, grow, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Roadmap Development: Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across all product lines, ensuring they align with company goals and market needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with C-level executives, engineering, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions and maintain Joko's innovative edge.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions and measure success.
Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of full-time experience in Product, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing tech company or consumer tech startup.
- Location: Based in France or Spain.
- Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a plus but not absolutely required.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology and its applications in product development.
- Business Acumen: Understand the business side of product management and can align product strategy with overall business goals.
- Innovation: History of driving innovation and bringing new ideas to market successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and can effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
Salary Range: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
