Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, company newsletter, event announcements, correspondence, etc. The successful candidate will work closely with the Bank Manager to create promotional ideas and develop effective marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, including articles, presentations, brochures, press releases, company newsletter, event announcements, correspondence, etc.
  • Mediate the company with advertising agencies.
  • Organize and participate in regular publicity duties, including leafleting, posters, tarpaulin circulations.
  • Create promotional ideas in conjunction with the Bank Manager.
  • Assist in distributing information through electronic email, phone campaigns, and SMS messaging.
  • Track project progress and maintain business line marketing calendars.
  • Assist in arranging and decorating displays in exhibits and booths.
  • Coordinate with satellite offices prior to marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [1-2] years experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
