Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our game development team, you will be responsible for leading the product management of our mobile game, focusing on ad monetization, new feature development, and live operations optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze player behavior and game performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with game designers, developers, and artists to define new feature requirements and create detailed product specifications.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to existing features based on player feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the live operations of the game, including events, promotions, and updates, to drive player retention and engagement.
  • Develop and implement ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue without compromising player experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of ad monetization, new features, A/B tests, and live optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, game design, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming industry, with a focus on free-to-play games.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and creative approach to always find the truth behind the numbers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English.
