**Responsibilities:**
• Perform comprehensive financial analysis and valuation of investment projects, including data center development and acquisition opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial models to guide investment decisions and optimize returns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate investment opportunities and negotiate deals
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and external partners
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in finance and investment analysis, preferably with experience in the data center sector
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations
