About the Opportunity:
The Director, Land Acquisitions will be responsible for sourcing, entitling, and acquiring new multifamily development opportunities in the Charlotte, NC region. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a strategic deal pipeline and ensure business plan production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying new land acquisition opportunities in the Charlotte market.
  • Collaborating with Development Analysts, Managers, and Senior Leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive deal strategy.
  • Ensuring timely completion of due diligence and entitlement processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in land acquisitions or a related field, with experience working in fast-paced environments and meeting aggressive production targets.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
