JOB TITLE: Human Resources Intern
FUNCTION: Human Resources
CITY & COUNTRY: Madrid, Spain
ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
Support core HR process related to the main human resources activities, such as Talent Review, Succession & Career planning, Leadership Development, Performance management, Retention, etc.
What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?
The role is responsible for working with the employee administration system (Success Factors), managing data, payroll, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the HR Department in various activities related to Employee Administration.
- Participate in HR projects related to the main HR functions.
- Manage employee data dashboards.
- Support management in Personnel Administration and HR Systems in line with statutory and internal requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures with the HRBP.
- Work on social media presence.
- Comply with and implement activities in accordance with the rules of laws and regulations relating to environmental protection, safety at work, and fire protection, and internal EHS standards and procedures BAT group.
- Manage, monitor, and improve HR Administration processes in close cooperation with the Regional HR Shared Services team. Initiate HR policy review and policy changes in line with business agenda and labour law developments.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
- 6 months of experience in similar roles.
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Effective organizing skills and appetite for data administration.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Good knowledge of the Spanish language.
- Good spoken and written English proficiency.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
