Job Summary:
LCMC Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Spinal Cord Injury Rehab department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on the standards of care and policies of LCMC Health.
- Delegate tasks to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.
- Facilitate and maintain a safe environment for patients and others with a specialty in wound care treatment and prevention.
- Perform technical procedures required by the area/department/assignment safely, effectively, efficiently, and legally.
- Actively promote and support LCMC Health's performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
