We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Faculty Member to join our team at GUS Germany GmbH. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver academic modules in accordance with the curriculum
- Assess and provide feedback to students on their assignments and exams
- Develop and implement new curriculum or syllabi as required
- Supervise student dissertations and provide guidance and support
- Provide consultation and mentoring to students
- Develop and deliver teaching materials and resources
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve teaching practices
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a PhD or be a PhD candidate, prior teaching experience in higher education, and excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a working knowledge of timetabling software.
