Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Doctoralia España. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to reach our potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to reach our potential customers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, peers, and the Sales Manager
  • Analyze customer needs to identify and understand customer requirements
  • Provide a great customer experience, ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success department
  • Be an ambassador of the Doctoralia brand and values

Requirements:

  • 2 years of sales experience in full cycle
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Empathy and ability to understand customer needs
  • Communicative and able to adapt to different conversation partners
  • Startup mindset, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Results-oriented, fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and B2 in English
