Job Summary

Sutherland is seeking a highly organized and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Manager. We are a group of driven and supportive professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cluster/community performance to ensure optimal results
  • Complete weekly coaching sessions and call audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead weekly huddles to develop team strategies and achieve operational goals
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives, training, and action plans
  • Act as a client advocate to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Deliver weekly deliverables, including coaching compliance, team attendance infractions, and client improvement ideas
  • Manage people effectively by setting accountability discussions, determining training needs, and keeping employees informed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Three years of operations and management experience, with a focus on process transformation
  • Four to five years of experience in banking/financial services, with knowledge of US Banking, Customer Service processes, and services
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and direct associates/sr associates, team manager resources, and span 100+ employees
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally

Internal Requirements

  • FY23 PDP score of Exceeds Most or Clearly Exceeds
  • Minimum tenure of 18 months
  • No active DA
