Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Premier Customer Care Executive to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our Premier Technical Support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with Lenovo client products (notebooks, desktops, tablets) over the phone and email.
Collaborate with the Technical Account Management team to monitor and track issues, ensuring speedy resolution.
Provide expert guidance and education to customers to resolve technical issues, leveraging experience and guideline documentation.
Share knowledge and insights with the technical team to improve processes and resolve recurring customer problems.

Requirements:

Fluency in English and Romanian (both spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and MS Products.
Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software across client products.
Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle challenges calmly and professionally.

What We Offer:

Highly competitive base salary of €19,000 per annum.
5.85€/day meal voucher (117€/month).
Commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
Relocation Package or Sign-On Bonus: €600.
Paid 5 extra days (contingency days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
