About the Role:
The Trust and Safety Investigator - Czech Language Expert will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our platform. This role will involve reviewing escalated cases, conducting outbound investigations, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in Czech and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Review escalated cases and assess potential policy violations or safety concerns
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather additional information and verify complaints
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat
  • Address customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution
  • Stay informed about the company's services to proactively provide suggestions and efficient support

Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Czech (C1-C2)
  • Strong English proficiency (B2)
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on policies and adapt to dynamic situations
  • Passion for helping others and providing empathetic, effective support
  • Comfortable working in a structured, team-focused environment
