About the Role

This position is with ABB, a leading technology company and a member of Mygwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.

Please note that this is a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a key part of the System Service team in Robotics AMR, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
  2. Develop the ABB team, processes, and customer deliverables to achieve target customer satisfaction levels and meet business targets.
  3. Coordinate service work done on-site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customers' guidelines.
  4. Lead and deliver responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Assess and mitigate gaps in service delivery, contract execution, and customer focus.
  2. Track completion of service visits and ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain and monitor competency and certification database.
  4. Collaborate with other coordinators to allocate System Service Engineers resources effectively.
  5. Coordinate System Service sales and execution activities.
Requirements

You should possess:

  1. 3 years of experience in leading teams, either formally or informally.
  2. Enhanced knowledge of programming languages & architectures, including.NET, web skills, Rabbit-MQTT, SQL, and Angular.
  3. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a similar field.
  4. Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages are valued.
  5. A current car driver's license valid in Spain and permission to live and work in Spain.
