About the Job

As a Digital Product Manager at TUI, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's digital future. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and refinement of product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and company strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements, manage expectations, and communicate product vision and progress
  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product optimization, increased engagement, and growth
  • Stay informed about digital trends, technologies, and innovations that could be leveraged for competitive advantage

About You

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a user-centered mindset. You should have solid experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a digital environment, and experience with Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional engineering teams. You should also have a demonstrable track record in managing digital products, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
