Senior Storage Solutions Architect

Robert Walters Spain is seeking a highly skilled Senior Storage Solutions Architect to join an international health company based in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing storage solutions to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement storage solutions (SAN, NAS, etc.) to meet business requirements.
  • Administer and maintain virtualized environments using VMware and vSphere.
  • Monitor system performance and make adjustments to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in storage and virtualization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing storage solutions.
  • Experience with performance monitoring and management tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
