Senior Group & Wedding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group & Wedding Coordinator to join our team at Abama Resort. As a key member of our sales structure, you will be responsible for managing group and wedding bookings, developing relationships with wedding planners, and supporting the Sales Manager MICE in production reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming leads from groups, weddings, and special events, and respond accordingly.
  • Quote all leads with the support of the Revenue Director and Sales Manager MICE.
  • Block all information in the appropriate systems and support the Sales Manager MICE in production reports.
  • Organize site visits and fam trips, communicate internally, and participate as needed.
  • Hand-over all confirmed groups to the operation.
  • Develop relationships with wedding planners and support in prospecting new accounts in both MICE and Wedding segments.
  • Keep databases up to date.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a groups/wedding coordinator in 4/5* hotels.
  • Advanced Spanish and English level (C1), other languages will be valued.
  • Positive attitude, proactivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Familiar in usage of computer systems.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Organised in admin tasks.
