Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our global sales team. As an elite salesperson, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and driving deals through the sales funnel. You'll own your market segments with a solution-oriented approach, using your know-how to grow our customer base at lightning speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospects base.
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Liaise with customer relationships and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English.
  • 1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach).
  • A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum.
