Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Are you a skilled data engineer looking to take your career to the next level? Amaris Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our international team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines to process and transform large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ETL pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
  • Optimize and manage data storage solutions to ensure efficient data access.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code in Python for data processing, automation, and analysis tasks.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with large-scale data environments.
  • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services, especially BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
  • Strong expertise in designing and managing ETL processes for data transformation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for data automation and analysis.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets and a passion for solving challenging data problems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
