Role Overview |

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to enhance our Sales team in Barcelona. This role involves supporting the sales of our rental apartments and guest services, as well as providing assistance during staff absences. The ideal candidate will be flexible and focused on team success, with a clear understanding of their impact on overall performance. You will play a crucial role in achieving our occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities |
  • Assist the sales team with daily operations and tasks.
  • Manage and allocate leads among Sales Coordinators.
  • Evaluate current sales strategies and collaborate with leadership to develop new approaches.
  • Support the implementation of organizational sales strategies, including CRM data management and pricing rules.
  • Handle daily sales responsibilities during team members' absences.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding reservations.
  • Prepare rental agreements.
  • Lead and nurture a high-performing B2C sales team.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to foster growth and performance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Set long-term and short-term goals for the team and utilize data to assess performance and enhance sales outcomes.
Candidate Profile |
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation abilities.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building expertise.
  • Experience in customer relations, preferably in hospitality or guest services.
  • Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change.
  • Experience in a startup setting is preferred.
