We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Growth Specialist to join our M&S department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and expansion into new markets.

Centrient Pharmaceuticals is a leading manufacturer of beta-lactam antibiotics and a provider of next-generation statins and anti-fungals. Our commitment to quality, reliability, and sustainability has enabled us to become a trusted partner to our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing portfolio development projects from ideation to execution. This includes generating new opportunities, screening and prioritizing them, and establishing business plans for implementation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Feeding the portfolio of new 'close to core' products by generating new pipeline opportunities
  • Screening, analyzing, and selecting top potential opportunities based on standardized criteria and alignment with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing detailed market assessments and validating them with external feedback to confirm the potential of each opportunity
  • Managing cross-functional teams to gather inputs and build business plans related to each selected opportunity

A minimum of 10 years' experience in a commercial function in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably on portfolio development and with knowledge of both API and FDF fields, is required. A clear understanding of market dynamics for generic medicines worldwide, analytical and structured approach to growth, and ability to turn data knowledge into strategic plans are also essential skills.
