Perfil:
El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en el sector de seguros y en el modelado de datos BI a nivel funcional y técnico. Debe tener experiencia experta en modelado de datos en diferentes niveles de abstracción, con diferentes técnicas de modelado y temas variados. Es fundamental tener conocimiento de modelos de referencia y cómo pueden usarse en una gran organización.
Funciones:
- Valoración de las propuestas de cambios en el modelo de datos de BI.
- Propuesta y optimización de soluciones de modelado.
- Evaluación de las propuestas de ampliación, revisión de entidades, metodología de datos definida y coherencia de la información.
- Evaluación del método de reporting adecuado para la visualización de la información requerida.
- Revisión de los modelos de historificación de datos.
- Apoyo para desarrollar iniciativas en la creación de modelos de datos lógicos y físicos, proporcionando asistencia con pautas y gobernanza asegurando un modelo de datos consistente y preciso.
- Revisión y adecuación del modelo de base de datos, particiones, índices, etc.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia en el sector de seguros (imprescindible).
- Experiencia en el modelado de datos BI a nivel funcional y técnico.
- Experiencia experta en modelado de datos en diferentes niveles de abstracción, con diferentes técnicas de modelado y temas variados.
- Conocimiento de modelos de referencia y cómo pueden usarse en una gran organización.
- Capacidad para gestionar de manera experta y autónoma su propio trabajo y tener amplia experiencia en la gestión de diferentes partes interesadas, con una capacidad demostrada para influir y persuadir.
Conocimientos y habilidades:
- Oracle DB.
- DB2.
Experiencia:
3-6 años de experiencia.
