As an AWS Technical Account Manager, you will be a trusted advisor and cloud operations architect for our Enterprise Support customers. Your expertise will help our customers maximize the value of cloud technology, driving adoption and use of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
  • Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices
  • Proactively maintain customers' AWS environments, ensuring operational health and reducing cost and complexity
  • Build trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Consultant, Solutions Architect, Platform Engineer, Systems Engineer, Cloud Architect, etc.
  • Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for 2 or more of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, CDN, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience with the ability to clearly articulate to small and large audiences
  • Customer-obsessed and able to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
